I am a 14 year old female who has been having hair fall since late 2019 to now, I did not experience it before that. I have tried applying aloe vera, fenugreek seeds, vitamin e oil and a few other remedies but there doesn't seem to have been any improvement. What are some effective ways to treat this problem?

Scarcely heard this kind of hairloss at such young age. I think u must consult some good Trichologist in ur city and take proper treatment for same. As per my advice must go for some blood investigations before u proceed with treatment
