#anal fissure small 5 mm cut on the ring inside anus symptoms -june 22 to june 25 again from july 31 to still I started using anobliss ointment (nifedipine+lidocaine) from august 1 pain is reduced to 50% but anus inside ring becoming small allowing only pen/pencil width stools with pain -will it heal with out surgery? By following fibre/ample water intake etc etc all diet change with usage of anobliss ointment for 1 month?

If that doesn't work please follow these herbal combinations sootshekhar ras 1 tablet twice a day gandhak rasayan avleh 10 gm twice a day panchsakar avleh 3 grams twice a day.

Hello, I think you have almost everything perfectly. I just want to add few things. 1. The ointment to be applied with your finger, not with the supplied nozzle (which willnot let the crack heal ). 2. The timing of ointment application is also very important. It has to be atleast 30 mins before passing the stool, after taking sitz bath, and at bedtime. 3. If you are not doing ,then add hot sitz bath twice daily. If all this don't give you the desired result, then probably you are left with only operative option.
