My mother usually takes metformin hydrochloride tablets ip 500 mg however by mistake she had metformin hydrochloride prolonged release tablets i.p. 1000 mg for the last week. She was feeling cold yesterday (shivering) and her body was feeling slightly numb. She didn't take any medicine today. Can someone please tell me what she should do? She also takes glimepiride tablets 1 mg 1 time before breakfast glimepiride tablets 2 mg 1 time before dinner amlodipine tablets i.p. 1 mg rosuvas 5.
