Dear lybrate-user, first let me know if for how many days in a month you forget to take your thyronorm or eltroxine. The commonest cause for an elevated tsh in your situation is missing doses. If you forget to take the tablet on one day, take it later in the afternoon or evening. If you forget for a whole day take 2 doses the next day.
