Itching and became black colour skin in groin area i.e inner thighs on both sides. Can I use fusidic acid cream for that? And my left leg 5th finger become white due to fungal infection because of rainy season I need to get rid of these two things. please help me.

Itching and black colour skin in groin area mostly seen due to fungal infections. And intertriginous areas of fingers are also due to fungal infection (from yours history).in that case fusidic acid (being antibacterial) it wil b of no use. For prevention keep both the area clean and dry. Keep separate towel for you. For treatment you have to use antifungal capsule and antifungal cream. Better visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.
