I am taking eritel ch 40 along with other medicines for my type 2 diabetes. Since last 3/4 days my bp is approx 115/65. Now my physician asked me to switch over from eritel ch40 to eritel 40. Can you advise me.

Yes, eritel ch has a compound which has a diuretic action, that makes you urinate more. And now since your BP is low, you can switch to just Eritel as this does not have the diuretic action, hence your BP may revert back to normal. Also make sure you have adequate intake of water also.
