Sir I fall down from 2 steps, then I got mri it showed meniscus grade 1 tear. My prescribed me limcee 500 mg and hifenac p. Some times I feel some inconvenience in my knee, but no pain. Recently I am having light calf muscle pain. Should I go for surgery. Pls suggest me sir how to heal.

If you are not facing any issues now, take a few precautions and exercises for the knee. 1. Do not sit cross legged on the floor 2. Don't use indian toilet. 3. Avoid climbing stairs.
