I am 66 yrs. Old female. From march I am suffering from rhinitis and sinusitis. When I lie down I get post nasal dip and find difficulty in breathing. From march till now I am on montelukast and 4 times antibiotic. From yesterday I am taking septilin tablet one twice a day and bresol tablet one twice a day. How long I need to take? Is there a permanent cure in ayurvedic? I have severe gastritis. Will these tablets aggravate my problem?

Dear lybrate-user, your post nasal drip is most likely due to allergic rhinitis for which you should take proper medication under the guidance of a ent specialist whom you should consult. The gastric acidity is further aggravating your throat problem due to post nasal drip.
