Hi doctors, I am 28 years old and suffering from vertigo for past 6 months. I am having problem walking/when I move my head/lean forward or if there is a stress on my neck. I did my mri of spinal cord as I had neck pain. As per reports, there is mild c3-c4 & c5-c6 disc dessication & is not cause of vertigo. So doctors said its bppv. I was advised some medicines like vertin which helped me for 1st few days to some extent but again my health downhill. I am also doing basic exercises what my doctor suggested but there is no improvement. But while doing exercises, I feel tingling sensation often in my left ear and sometimes in my right ear too. I believe that excess stress on my neck while doing wfh (computer job) triggered it. I am kind of fed up now as I am not seeing any improvement in my health and feel dizzy even when I walk. Acupressure slippers help me 10-15% while walking. Any advise would be really appreciated. Thanks.
