I had sinusitis 4 days back with facial tenderness, neck and upper back pain .i had started antibiotics, cetrizine ,paracetamol, karveelplus inhalation, saline nasal spray. The next day my sinusitis symptoms totally gone. But the next-day I had fever for few hours .then for last 3 days I don't have any symptoms .still I continued antibiotic course ,cetrizine once daily, no paracetamol for last 2 days .inhalation decreased. Actually I am worried for a little anosmia.
