I am female 36 years. I am working and my work on computer. For the last some days I have a headache problem. I have checked my eyesight. It is fine. So what's the reason ?

There are several causes of headache. If your headache is mainly on one side it could be migrane. But more commonly the headache we see is called tension headache, this is mainly due to psychological stress. Another common cause is infection of your paranasal sinus, in which you might have running nose and nose blocks. Please describe the headache so that we could give you the right diagnosis.

Its due to excessive work on system. Wash your eyes every one hour with water . Take Cap A to Z once a day Cap katadol 100 mg twice a day up to two weeks if symptoms not improve then take an appointment.

Headache actually in which part of your head? Have you had any sinus infection or Upper respiratory tract infection in recent plus. Had you have such head ache in the past? Possibly it may be asthanopia head ache - due to exhaustive work in your computer. Take some rest. Take Paracetamol 500 mg after taking food. Take any tranquilizer like Alprazolum 0.5 mg 1 tab after your dinner and go to bed. Take this for two days only. You shall need prescription of a doctor to get Alprazolum 0.5 mg.
