Hello sir, I am suffering from itching and burning sensation in my inner thighs, scrotum and butt crack from past 4 years. I have visited many doctors but no one was able to cure my problem. Area near scrotum, inner thighs and butt crack have become darker with velvety texture. Moreover recently skin below knees, hands (elbow to palms) and lower back area have becoming darker with black dots. My skin joints always feel greasy even after bath, I bathe 2 times a day. I don't know from what I suffering with and worrying whether my problem would be cured or not. Today itself I consulted a dermatologist and asked whether am I suffering from jock itch but he said I am not suffering with it. Please give a remedy to my problem.
