I was diagnosed having pcod in march 2019. I am having irregular periods this year I didn't got periods for 5 months then I consulted a gynecologist she prescribed me to take meprate for 5 days. Within 5 days I had my periods. Then again next month I didn't got my periods on time then I again consulted that gynecologist she asked me to meprate again for 5 days. After taking meprate I again got my periods. But this is not the solution taking meprate every month for getting periods will have adverse effect on my health. I suffer my severe back pain during my period before nd during my periods my mood swing start .feeling irritated retialiting back when someone talks me in a hurtful way getting aggressive on trivial issues. Please I request you to tell me that I was diagnosed with pcos in march 2019 so I don't know whether I am still having pcod problem or not. I would lyk to ask you if once diagnosed pcod whether it continues for lyf time. Do I need to take any medications for pcos. I am also having excess hair on my upper lips area. I am always having pimples or acne on my face. I feel irritated most of the time nd retialate back in a aggressive way. I am also having low mood. I feel sad most of the time. Would you please tell me whether I am still suffering from pcos or not. Because there is lockdown in patna so I can't go for several tests. I would also lyk to tell you that I got married two years back in 2018 nd in 2019 march I got pregnant I got to know abut it through home pregnancy test nd it was positive then same day I went to hospital for pregnant test nd the report was positive. After going through pre trans vaginal test within ten days I got to know that I had a miscarriage. It was very early stage so I didn't got hospitalized even for a day I had to take some injections nd medicines nd then I was ok. During this two nd half years of our marriage we r always having unprotected sex because I want to get pregnant but its not happening. May be its because of my pcos problem or there is some problem wid my husband. Please tell me is pcos is a life long disease nd it cannot be cured. If it is so can I get pregnant with this pcos problem.
