Till date periods were regular. Last 2-3 months periods getting delayed by 1-2 days. Some months it's on 28 days some 30 days. Last year usg was done and no problems were reported. Hi. Conception can take longer in some couples. Try during the fertile period (day 10-20 of cycles) and wait for another 2-3 months at least. If no positive results, it'll be better to get a detailed evaluation for infertility done for both you and your wife. All the best!

Periods are normal. A few days early or late is considered normal. Getting children is a long process. even for a healthy, fertile couple, the 'per month' success rate is around 15-20%, so it is not at all uncommon for it to take some months to conceive. Overall, around 70% of couples will have conceived by 6 months, 85% by 12 months and 95% will be pregnant after 2 years of trying. eventually it will happen.
