I have pcos. 6 months back am consulted a gynaecologist. Doctor prefer to use meprate tablets twice a day and having my menses regularly. Now am not consulting doctor and not using any tablets so am not having my menses from 4 months also hair loss. What I do now? Please help me.

If any chance of pregnancy then do your urine pregnancy test. If not then take tab meprate for withdrawal bleeding. Once you get your periods you will have to take treatment for regularizatuon of your cycles. Besides medical treatment you will have to do regular exercise and take a protein rich and fat and carbohydrates restricted diet.
