Dear lybrate-user, yes, rhinoplasty can bring favourable changes in your nose to give you the desired result. But at the same time you should have realistic expectations, do not expect a radical change. Post a pic for analysis. There are side effects of anaesthesia and of the surgery. But with proper care the chances of complications are very less. At my place it would cost you 1, 00, 000 to 1, 50, 000 depending on what you need. All the best.
