Hi doctor, I am 27 years old, and I work in it company. I have been taking practin and dexona tablet for almost 5 years now. One of the doctor had suggested me long long to take this tablets for hunger. If I stop the consumption I am never hungry and I can survive with just 1 meal a day. If I take this tablets I feel hunger and eat food on time i.e 3 meals a day. Please advise is there any side effects or if I am prone to any problems in future being a girl. Dosage: each of 1 tablet post my breakfast.

Practin is okay but dexona is quite harmful in long term. It has quite of side effect and dependable potential. So its better to shift to a syrup containing cyproheptadine only.
