I have fever in last 20day with some pain and take normal viral medicine for that but that was no effect fever is some time high and some time normal I test dengue and malaria both are negative first I test dengue that time wbc is 8600 and I test malaria that time wbc is 6600 also 100k difference in platelets in last 3 day I found some blood in my latrine what was behind this?

Bleeding can occur in dengue but not necessarily. Counts are normal. Probably no need to report anything. But if you have another episode of bleeding you should consult.
