I am suffering from hair loss, dandruff and layers of white powder on scalp. Very itchy on the head. I used to head bath for every 2 days. I am losing my front hair slowly day by day. Using coal tar and salicylic acid scalp solution ,dankare plus scalp solution for the past 3 months. But not working. I am losing more hair after using this. Please suggest me what to do to get my front hair back. Can I use onion juice on my head to get it back.

According to your symptoms, it seems to be like you are suffering from scalp psoriasis instead of dandruff. Use rubnate lotion (clobetasol) for 2 weeks and then consult dermatologist.

Hi. The cause of your hair loss need to find out first. Hair loss with with white powdery itchy scalp can be seen in seborrheic dermatitis/ psoriasis etc and medications are also different for both the conditions. Do not use onion juice on scalp. Visit dermatolgist in person / online. Thanks.
