Drink lot of water/juice etc. Make sure you are not distracted (watching tv/mobile) while breastfeeding. Consult a lactation consultant for proper method of breastfeeding. Signs of adequate milk for child: 1. Passing golden yellow colored potty 2. Urine pass >10 times/day 3. Adequate weight gain (roughly 25-30gm/day) 4. Child taking feed for 10-15 mins (not more) & sleep for 2-3 hours without getting up. I hope it'll help.
