Ref.interval serum t3 1.12 ng/ml 0.8-2.0 serum t4 10.42 ug/dl 5.10-14.10 serum ts 2.71 miu/ml 0.270-4.200 ye reports h kya unko thyrox 50 tablet ab b lena hota ya band karna hoga. Hello, Thanks for the query. Through out the pregnancy it is essential to maintain TSH around 2 mU/L. Otherwise fetal growth is affected plus pregnancy outcome also can be affected. So she has to continue the same dosage. Plus has to check TSH every 4 weeks till completion of gestation period. After delivery check TSH again after 6 weeks to see if there is no hypothyroidism. Till that time 50 mcg tablet has to be continued. Thanks.
