I am facing severe dandruff issue and so started using clomic s 3% lotion (clobetasol propionate with salicylic acid) and ketoconazole shampoo. Itching and dandruff gone now but hair fall started. Will there be hair loss due to above lotion and shampoo? Please suggest me in detail.

Please don't self treat. Dandruff can be treated with lotion and shampoo (not the commercial ones which you use). Some people have more oiliness on the scalp which then causes visible flakes that people called dandruff. Yes dandruff always leads to hairloss and even greying. Using anti dandruff for long time does cause dryness and hence leads to hairloss. Start proper oiling and anti hair fall shampoo to get rid of it. Maybe need to take few supplements as well if hairloss will not be controlled.
