My mother creatinine - serum is 1.47 tested by thyrocare on 15.10.2017 it shows normal range 0.5 to 0.8 (scre - creatinine enzymatic method). Other labs have normal range is 0.6 to 1.4 I am confused, please explain the report.

Namste, you should have to confirm the reported lab about titer and range of his machine. Because s.creat machine have no different titer. Upper limit is always 1.4.good days.

Yes. Depending on the different methods to detect creatinine, there can be different range for different labs. 1.47 seems minimally increased than normal but there is nothing to worry in it.
