I have developed some kind of ring around my penis head. I think its because I have never cleaned it as i'm not able to pull my foreskin down the head of my penis. And if I try hard only a small part of the head is visible and it hurts when I touch it. I heard circumcision is the solution but my penis head hurts when touched. So I don't know if that's the solution. Please suggest some solution because it might cause problems during intercourse.
