Area of face can be divided in various parts from forehead to chin. 2. Area of lower part of nose and upper lip is called dangerous area of face. 3. First of all, itraconazole is an antifungal drug. So it has no effect on bacterial infection. Second, swelling of face can be due to many reasons, some of which are very serious diseases. So, please don't self medicate. Consult a medicine specialist asap.
