Hello doctor, when I sit and be still for sometime while working, later once I move, it is difficult for my leg to feel alright. I feel the need to stretch it properly before I can even walk. It is only seen in my right foot, while stretching too there's a slight pain. After stretching a bit, everything is normal, and again after sitting for sometime, this cycle repeats itself. Do I need to see a physiotherapist? Or, is it my posture? Or, there's lack of haemoglobin in my blood? (but then why just right foot?) i'm 23, guy.
