Hello doctor, when I sit and be still for sometime while working, later once I move, it is difficult for my leg to feel alright. I feel the need to stretch it properly before I can even walk. It is only seen in my right foot, while stretching too there's a slight pain. After stretching a bit, everything is normal, and again after sitting for sometime, this cycle repeats itself. Do I need to see a physiotherapist? Or, is it my posture? Or, there's lack of haemoglobin in my blood? (but then why just right foot?) i'm 23, guy.

You need to see physiotherapist for that. I will guide you some exercise. Which you have to do daily in morning. It will give you muscle strength and flexibility is more important to feel fresh. Because of your working. your muscle structures r very tight it gives you pain. Hemoglobin and vitamin deficiency also metter in tingling and numbness and because of deficiency you feel exhausted and fatigue. So have a healthy vitamin rich diet.
