My husband is 29 years old and he have a node in his nipple and it is tender and painful to touch, what should I do for this.

Dear lybrate-user, if this node has appeared recently, you should consult a doctor to rule out cancer even though out of 100 breast cancer only 1 is male breast cancer. If the node has been there for a long time and not increased in size, it may be gynaecomastia. The node you feel is the glandular part of breast. Liposuction and gland excision is the treatment for that. Meet a plastic surgeon for the same. All the best.
