Hi I am 30 year old I have a baby boy 4 months old he straight forward deny for direct breastfeeding and my milk is very low kindly help me with medications of to increase the milk supply I also have mastitis from 3 day I already taking galact n shatavari kalp. Please help me regarding medicine to increase breast milk and have to pump milk from electronic pump to feed baby.

Lactare granules twice daily with milk is a useful remedy. Metaclopramide (reglan) tab once daily x 15 dys is found to increase breast milk, drink plenty of water, &milk twice daily make the baby suckle the breast every 4 hours.
