One of my friend had a fall from motorcycle as it got skidded. He fell on his left side. The motorcycle was not at speed. Due to fall his left side was paining (from hands to left side back and near chest) the pain is started getting less day by day. He has not taken any pain killer. Saying that pain is manageable. He is taking hot water massage twice a day and applying volini and it's everywhere except near chest as the skin is sensitive there. He is recovering well but while bending and sneezing or coughing he has pain near chest. This pain is reducing. He has no breathing issues. Is this muscular pain.

Yes this is definitely a musculoskeletal injury. Adding an anti inflammatory like diclofenac 100 mg once daily can speed up recovery.
