I have pcod and we are trying to get pregnant from one and a half year with no luck, after following many treatments, finally Dr. prescribed me met form in and letrozole last month but even then I did?t get pregnant but this month she asked to take letroz alone, and to have sex every other day during fertile window, is there possibility of pregnancy this month?

It all depends on how well you have been investigated. With a normal male factor with no organic lesion in the female, and you are ovulating the chance for pregnancy is high. But final opinion reserved till a personal examination is done and the results are available for perusal.
