Hello, I am 23 years male. Sometimes when I urinate first time after ejaculation I am feeling a burning sensation in my penis. Usually I don't urinate frequently hardly 3 times in a day I urinate. And sometimes this burning sensation happens rarely when I urinate without ejaculation. Please give me a solution for this.
