Dear lybrate-user, in bppv there is no role of medications, what should be done are positional maneuvures and the vertigo gets cured, please consult a good ent specialist so that he /she may perform these positional meneuvures on you. Yours sincerely.

If the diagnosis is bppv then you need a repositioning manoeuvre. You do not need any medicines. Not pari 10 or strugeron or flurin 5! please get a clear diagnosis and do not get confused by taking various medicines. Bppv is a curable disease. In bppv, certain heavy particles dislodge from their normal area and come to lie in the way of some inner ear fluids. You need to reposition those stony particles back in their usual or normal area for the symptoms of vertigo to stop (if it is bppv).
