Sir my sister got cut by blade on knee and got stitches by doctor with 5 staple pins, he will remove it after 14 days after the wound will be healed, will I be able to fold my knee after recovering.

Yes you will be able to however the knee should not flexed and extended continuously. Since healing takes time, it is better to keep the knee stable till it heals. If it is a deep cut it will take a bit more time to heal if the knee is being active continuously. But yes she will get full function at the knee after it heals.
