Hello doc, I am planning to conceive from past 2 years now but yet I haven't conceived. I am 38 years old and I have done all my test. Can you suggest me any ayurvedic treatment so that it helps me to conceive. I don't have fibroids or cyst. My periods are regular. I am not even overweight I have started taking ashwagandha churna everyday from past 15 days with milk and turmeric. Can I take shatavari powder to boost my reproduction. I am also taking lodhra powder before lunch and dinner. Please guide me doc. Thank you.

Hi, you are already 38 yrs. Please meet a fertility expert and get treated. No point trying everything. Ivf will be the best as it shortens the time to conception. You will lose your chance to conceive if you delay. Both the partners have to be evaluated.
