I am a 26 year old female who has been having issues related to dry skin for the past three months. I have not changed any products lately and neither is the climate where I live in very cold. My skin is flaking and is slightly itchy. I have stopped using soap as a result of this condition and have tried using vaseline derma care advanced repair lotion but I see no improvement till date.
