Can internal hemorrhoids and internal rectal prolapse occur at the same time (see my comment for details)? I am male, have been facing the problem of piles since childhood. Since, family always thought it was because of my poor diet and maybe nothing else and I am assuming, I kept this with me. Now, from 3 weeks back, I feel like while washing myself with warm water and as the muscle relax around the anus, I feel like I could?t empty my bowels but the fact is there is something like soft which I assume is internal rectal prolapse along with internal hemorrhoids. Symptoms I have been facing are: 1. Constipation 2. Bloating (either I drink water or eat anything) 3. Pus / mucus along with traces or streaks of blood (but this does?t happen all the time, one time the stools are normal, next time they can be normal or there may be mucus with blood. With normal I mean, it?s more like mild diarrhea). 4. Started having pelvic area pain that comes and goes (from 2 days) or can also be felt if I touch my tummy around this area. I have just started a treatment and consultation with a unani doctor which I guess, he assumes it?s only piles issue but I am suspecting something else. Even I told him all the condition, I feel he did?t quite get that. I am scared and quite worried. Please tell me what should I do.
