My progesterone dropped from 8 (4w3d) to 5 (4w5d) but my hcg is increasing. Im 5w3d now. I can see both gestational and yolk sac in scan. My doc didn't care much about progesterone. Should I be worried about progesterone? Im taking duphaston twice daily. Also I had miscarriage twice early.

1st trimester: 11.2 to 90.0 ng/ml is the normal progesteron level from 5th to12 weeks. Duphaston 10 mg twice daily will take care of your progesteron deficiency. Relax like your doctor. As pregnancy advances, the level has to go up and the fetal heart pulsation should also come up.
