I am 23 old male, suffering from hair fall issue and count is b/w 100 to 140 hairs in a day. I am not bald at any area of scalp but I am facing thinning of hair over entire scalp and hair fall from overall scalp. My derma suggest me to take prp treatment. Should I go for prp if I do not want to take minoxidil and finasteride?
