Hi, my hemoglobin has come down to 5.8, I don't have piles or sugar. My liver is also fine. All the tests like cbc, electrolytes, sugar, liver, kidney, cholesterol, uric, urine, echo, ultrasound etc have been done. Doctor could not tell the reason for this problem and some doctors advised to go for blood transfusion but another doctor suggested iron sucrose injection with 300 ml dns in veins every alternate days. He said 5 injections would be able to bring hb level to 9 to 10. Should I go for the injection or is it safe to get blood transfused considering the pandemic and side effects of transfusion? What could be the possible reason for such low hb level? What other medicine or supplement should I take for iron deficiency?

Both blood transfusion and injections will bring the levels to higher point very fast but without curing the cause it will again come down with double speed. Better take proper homoeopathic treatment.
