I had seizure episode on thursday. Dr. gave me levepsy 500. Is it ok if I go for work. Will I get seizures now.

One gets seizures if one is irregular in sleep. Excessive stress and anger excitement and sleeplessness night can precipitate episode.

Hello, you are obviously having generalized seizures for which medication has been prescribed. Seizures I am sure have been investigated by imaging of the head. Coming back to your question there are certain precautions to be taken. You should not drive at the moment, do not go into water, lean from heights or go close to fire. You can work and carry out your job but avoid undue fatigue and heve normal sleep hours. Seizure recurrence depends upon the type and underlying disease you have, seizures are unpredicatable disorder and you can get a seizure that is why regular medication and seizure precautions are must.
