My 3 year old son developed bells palsy on 22nd may, one month after an injury on forehead. Conventional treatment with prednisolone and acyclovir did not improve the condition. Some improvement was seen after starting physiotherapy. Today he is only 50% recovered with no improvement since the past 2 months. Is there any treatment?

There is no other treatment for bells palsy, however the improvement keeps occuring upto 6 months gradually, your best approach now will be physiotherapy, no medication is required now.
