Muje doc ne letrozole boli khane ko .ab dubara kraya usg 12 dy pe toh yeh report .ab enlarge size show ho raha h ovaries ka aisa kyu .m conceive krna chahti hu .both ovaries are enlarge in size. Multiple small cysts each measuring 5.8 mm are seen arrange. Peripherally around central echogenic storms in both the ovaries - pcod. Right ovaries show few dominant follicles. 14. 2 mm, 12. 7 mm, 13. 1pmm, 10. 8m,11.2 mm each. Left ovary show two dominant follicles 10. 8 mm nd 10 mm.
