Hello, thanks for the query. Madam, tsh agar jyada hua to conception (prgnancy) hona bahut hi mushkil hota hai. Is liye aap ko pahale hypothyroidism ka barabar treatment suru kar lena chahiye. Tsh 2 mu/l tak hi rahega to ovulation hoke pregnancy ke chances badhte hai. So please tell me whether you are on treatment for hypothyoroidism or not? If you are on treatment then tsh should be maintained around 2 mu/l. Thanks.
