Is it possible that someone has chronic persistent yeast infection, due to pcos and prone to get yeast infection, but they don't have pid? Woman is young and not sexually active.

You seem to be paranoid about yeast infection. I must have answered at least 20 times to you in last 3-4 days. If you can not get rid of thoughts about yeast infection meet clinical psychologist. Pcos does not lead to yeast infection but abnormal glucose metablism is common among pcos and those with abnormal glucose metabolism have higher chances of yeast infection. Pid is separate. Meet gynecologist for treatment of yeast infection and pcos.
