I have a history of miscarriage. Is progesterone needed after ovulation? I had miscarriage in may 2020 it was my first pregnancy. I?m 37 years old. Now i?m undergoing follicular study. I was given trigger shot hcg 10000iu on day 13. Asked to come after 2 days follicle did not rupture so was given decapeptyl 0.1 mg injection. Went again on day 18 there was free fluid. So did I ovulate on 18th day? I was not prescribed progesterone supplement.
