I am 26 years old and my question is I am facing some issues regarding my periods from the past 2 or 3 months my periods is not coming on time it's always 5 to 10 days of delays. This time I've checked with a pregnancy test but it shows positive but my concern is my period came last month so how is it possible that this test is showing positive without doing anything? But this time my periods are again late by 2 or 3 days so is this pregnancy test is wrong pls advise. I am so worried pls help.
