I had undergone an open surgery for ectopic pregnancy on 10th dec20 after developing complications of extensive lower abdominal pain accompanied with episodes of faintness. The complications arose after taking mifegest (dose initiated on 06th dec and completed by 07th dec). In surgery one tube was removed. Two units blood are transfused. Now I am having hb level 10.9. I am not having normal periods till now should I perform masturbation or normal sex?

Hello lybrate-user I understand that you have undergone a laprotomy for ectopic pregnancy which is a major surgery. It is advisable to give pelvic rest for atleat a period of 6 weeks after any major gynaecological procedure. So I advise you to abstain from intercourse for a period of 6 weeks, however masturbation should not be a problem.
