I have taken three letrozole trials for three months but no success of pregnancy I am trying to conceive for the last one year my age is 25. Follicular study is done for three months ovulation is happening at the right time on day 13 to 14. My uterine lining is also proper. Pelvic ultrasounds shows smallhypoechoic lesion in uterus and nabothian cysts. Is this causing implantation failure please assist me what is the reason for me not getting pregnant. What I should do next tell me best treatment options my ovulation is happening as shown in follicular study. My cycles are normal 28 to 30 days. Previously I had pulmonary tb of lung completed its medications for 9 months. Now I take no medications.

Generally nabothian cyst doesn't cause infertility.

is the semen analysis normal. also it would be a good idea to do a hsg to check for uterus and tubes and an EB to r/o kochs
