My wife used to take letrozole 2.5 mg for ovulation from past two month. On the first month the dominant follicle was 24 mm and on the next month it was only 4 mm. This month on the second day of her period we had to meet our gone but he is outside the state. Please advise us, shall we take the same dose this month or increase it to 5 mg.
