Iud expired 6 months back consult doctor to replace iud or sterilization is best. She spoke no need to worry replacement of iud if I go for sterilization. Is it correct. She said sterilization fees approx 30k. But in government health care hospitals they done for free right. Is there any difference when compared with pvt and govt hospital. please suggest me replacement of iud or sterilization which is best method. Is there any age limit or which age is best for sterilization after two kids and please tell me the best doctor with cost for sterilization.

Hello, if you are seeking permananent sterization then you can go for the surgery. But, if you are opting for a temporary solution & wants to get a child in the future then you can go for iud. Yes, surgery is same in private or govt- but the service differs. And check if govt hospitals are doing laparoscopic surgery which has fastest recovery.
